I practice an intergrative method of counselling based on the person-centred, non-judgemental approach. This therapeautic model allows you to discover your own way to a more contented and satisfying life.
I am a member of the BACP and work within the Ethical Framework. This includes on-going Professional and Personal Developement. I attend therapy workshops and courses and attend regular supervision.
I work from comfortable, private therapy rooms in Sale M33 and Swinton M27, close to good transport networks.

I have worked in Private Practice for several years, offering clients the ability to work together in a nuturing relationship, which I believe is one of the mainstays of the therapeautic process.
I am on the Management team of a local Counselling Charity and offer my counselling services on a voluntary basis.
I have worked as a Mentor in a local Secondary School, helping students to set their own goals and work towards achieving them.
